The main purpose of dry multi-tablet

Dry-type multi-plate electromagnetic clutches and brakes are of the magnetic flux over-disc type, and the action is sensitive and reliable.

Wet (dry) multi-plate electromagnetic clutch can work reliably under the following conditions

★The altitude does not exceed 2000M
★Ambient air temperature is -5°C~+40°C;

★The power supply voltage fluctuation of clutch and brake coil does not exceed +5% and -15% constant voltage;
★ Oil lubrication is required between wet friction plates.
★Dry friction pads should be clean and free of oil.

  Wet installation
★Clutch should be cleaned before installation;
★It should be fixed axially during installation, such as split-shaft installation, the coaxiality should be kept at grade 9;
★When the clutch is working, oil should be supplied to the friction plate. During high-speed operation and high-frequency operation,The axial oil supply method should be adopted, and the oil supply amount is shown in the table;
★Clutch lubricating oil should be clean, otherwise it will affect its reliability.
